Meatloaf Sandwiches

Friday's meatloaf leftovers, served on Holt's bran bread with ketchup, onions (for Barbara), and (eaten with) relish. And a little potato salad that Barbara made yesterday: yukon golds in mayonnaise jazzed up with coarse grain mustard, red wine vinegar, onion, celery, and parsley.
