Chicken with Potatoes and Artichoke Tapenade


Thursday 3 February

First cut a biggish Yukon Gold potato into cubes and simmered it in a little water in the big pan. Then drained, and put in the leftover chicken legs, thighs, and scraps, plus the leftover tapenade and whatever artichokes were left in the giant jar from Costco in the fridge.

Tasted so good we would have done it deliberately.
