Ironically, the best mussels we can get at Findlay Market are from Prince Edward Island, Canada. Also, it's been a while since we did mussels the classic French way...in England.
Many (including Julia) use shallots or onions, but we used garlic, butter, parsley, and of course white wine. With fresh Italian bran bread, just baked by Holt.
