Roast Chicken Dinner


Tuesday 4 September
We keep doing Thomas Keller's dry-roasted chicken, which needs almost no preparation and cooks quickly for a workday.  
We threw batons of carrot, turnip, potato, and some peeled red torpedo onions into the pan, and with some judicious turning, it was all done in only an hour or so.
