Cold Chicken and Leftovers


Friday 7 September
Friday is a tough night after a week of hard work; all you want is something simple and quick, plus a glass of wine (or two). 
Luckily we had some tasty remains of previous meals: cold chicken legs and wings, which we could dip in leftover rouille, and on the side, more tasty beany remains: black bean and corn salsa and Mexican cranberry beans. 
Gives new meaning to the term eclectic.
