Sunday 1 June
The first Sunday of the month is the day for Bibury
trout, so we bought our usual four and tray-baked them all.
Tonight we served the first two with oven-blistered
cherry tomatoes, a salad of avocado with lemon and red onion, and the last
taste of leftover celeriac remoulade.
It needed nothing more but a squeeze of lemon.
