An easy meal after a busy day: the
Meat Joint supplied the various sausages (lamb with garlic, and Gloucester old
spot pork). But instead of putting them on a bed of mashed potatoes, we boiled a
head of cauliflower, mashed the florets lightly with butter, and piled them on that
instead.
