We had a packet of lamb mince from
the Co-op, but didn't feel like going through all the steps to make a shepherd's pie.
Instead, we turned it upside down: the lamb mince got sautéed with chopped onion and garlic, moistened with tomato paste and a dollop of tomato purée, and cooked down with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; then we poured it on top of a bed of boiled and smashed new potatoes.

Déclassé, but easy and tasty.
