Breams of Glory

Wednesday 28 May

We don't often get fish from the guy at the Gloucester Green Market, as it would have to sit in the fridge in the Oriental Institute all afternoon, and we don't want to risk it offending anyone's sensibilities, or nostrils.  But a couple of nice little bream caught our eye today, so we caught them.  Once well wrapped, no one noticed their presence.
We tray-baked them on a bed of potatoes and olives, using the first recipe on the web, which happened to be from the BBC (though for parsley, read rosemary).

And they were glorious little fish at that.
