Avocados with Mackerel Mayonnaise

Thursday 5 June
Today we enjoyed a big lunch with Priscilla and her Mom at My Sichuan restaurant near the Gloucester Green bus station, which held us over through a 7 PM performance of Euripides' "Elektra" at New College.

When we got home, it was a snap to halve three avocados and stuff them with some flaked peppered mackerel dressed with lemon, fresh cilantro, and mayonnaise.  
A full and satisfying dinner in about five minutes, which beats Jamie Oliver all hollow.
