La Tequileria in the Airport

Sunday 25 May
After a long drive back across Texas (an opportunity to catch up on several decades' worth of news), Jo Linn and Miles dropped us off at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport.  We felt that we ought to have some food before taking off, and among the very unpromising choices, La Tequileria seemed the least offensive.
A light meal of shrimp in garlic butter with jicama salad, and barbacoa tacos with rice, beans, crema, salsas green and red, and a dab of guacamole, went down well with a couple of beers.

So once on our flight to London, we didn't have to be too dependent on Air Canada's "beef stroganoff" or chicken bits on limp vegetables.
