We seem to be on a simplicity kick
this week, and there is nothing simpler than grilled steak and mashed
potatoes. But of course we couldn’t keep
from amping up the flavors just a bit.
So we whomped up some gorgonzola butter to top the steak with, and
mashed the potatoes with butter, salt, and a healthy sprinkle of wasabi powder. Makes old-fashioned mash seem new again.
