Pork and Chard

Monday 13 August
A few slices of Saturday's leftover Rôti de Porc Poêlé, reheated in their juices and served with a panful of garden chard (did we mention that chard plants are very prolific?) sautéed with black olives.
Served with a Grüner Veltliner named Lois; hi, Lois!
