Big-Ass Frittata

Frittata for six requires our biggest pan, plus a nice amount of vegetables and mountains of grated cheese.  The vedge was sliced zucchini, leftover greens from Christmas, chopped garlic, scallion, and red onion, while the cheese was romano. 

Again, everyone liked it, down to the four-year-old.  Either we are getting very good at cooking for kids, or these are very unusual (and certainly very nice) kids.
