Pork BBQ and Hashbrowns

Tonight we dined off the last of the pulled pork we had brought to Nashville, doused with barbeque sauce for Sunday supper, and then brought back the remains of.

Though saucy pork and potatoes are friends, we'd served pulled pork with mashed potatoes too recently (okay, June 27).  Instead, we made a panful of hashbrowns (benrinered potato matchsticks browned first, then slivered onions jumped in the pan) as a more novel accompaniment.
