We were still feeling very patriotic
after yesterday's triumphs at the County Fair, and what is more Amurrikin than
hamburgers?
We served ours with a panful of fried
mushrooms with onions and bacon, on slices of sundried-tomato bread, the
surplus from Holt's blue-ribbon-winning bread wreath. And of course, slatherings of ketchup, to
make that la-di-da stuff Amurrikin again.
