Chicken with Corn Salad

Tonight we reheated the legs, thighs, and wings of Sunday's roast chicken in the combi oven, which was tasty but not picturesque.  But it was served with the remains of the corn relish Holt made for the County Fair (of whose illustrious destiny you will soon hear more), bulked up with extra tomatoes, and looking as pretty as this picture.
