Ponzu Tuna Steaks with Napa Cabbage Slaw

After last night's lavish meal, things needed to get simple.  We got a couple of cheap Kroger albacore steaks and pan-fried them, deglazing the pan with a few shakes of ponzu to make a sauce. 

On the side, leftover napa cabbage and blue cheese slaw from yesterday; still good.
