Mexican Train Wreck

This is what happens when we don't even have enough of the right ingredients for Nacho Mama.

We heated up the last of the leftover corn salsa to which black beans had been added, plus a scattering of chicken bits from Saturday's bird, half an aging tomato, and the last cilantro leaves from the garden. 
This we poured onto a base of tortilla chips and Doritos (don't ask) on two of our more heatproof plates, topped with some crumbled-up FUD queso fresco we had in the freezer, put in the oven, and broiled until the cheese melted and the rest looked edible.

Nobody died as a result of this.
