Deli Delights

We still had a few slices of lox left in the fridge, and Barbara found a few chunks of smoked whitefish at Kroger's.  So we made a whitefish salad, spread it on Holt's Italian bran bread, and topped it with the lox, to make our favorite type of deli sandwich. 

The rest of the celeriac remoulade from Sunday made a perfect side dish, though we don't expect to see it being served at Katz's any time soon.
