Despite feeding five people for
dinner last Friday and for lunch on Sunday, plus the two of us for dinner on
Wednesday, the giant pork shoulder that was Barbara's Butt still had two huge dinner portions left in it.
We changed it up
yet again by moistening it with Broken Trail barbecue sauce (ask for it by
name!) and serving some grated celery root remoulade on the side - because
barbecue (even if fancy) needs cole slaw (even if fancy).
