Corned Beef Sandwiches


Friday March 15
On the eve of travel, just some thin-sliced corned beef with mustard, piled on Shadeau salt rye bread.   As we didn't have time to make cole slaw, we tossed some sliced beets with white balsamic, and some sliced cucumber with chopped red onion and vinaigrette for salads.
