Tuna Steaks Niçoise

Monday 12 October
The purple green beans that are still growing in the garden inspired a Niçoise-type base of vegetables, even though they lose their lovely color when they're cooked.
It also featured boiled gold potatoes, sliced red bell pepper, red onion, white anchovies, and oil-cured olives.

On top of this went our lemon-marinated and pan-grilled albacore steaks.
