Avocadoes with Smoked Trout

We're back on our fish trend.   

We opened three avocadoes from Madison's, drizzled with lime juice, and filled their hollows with a smoked trout mayonnaise made with minced red bell pepper and red onion, and a squeeze more lime juice.
We still get our smoked trout from Trader Joe's; one fillet of it is enough to make this meal, and the other goes into the freezer for later.
