Steak and Asparagus with Hollandaise

As our astute reader (or two) will have noticed, we've been eating a lot of fish of late.  Today we decided to change things up, and defrosted a couple of little sirloin steaks to grill.

In the combi-oven we roasted a bundle of late asparagus, and to top it all, Holt made sauce hollandaise with the egg yolks from yesterday's granola-making.
