Penne with Gorgonzola and Arugula

Wednesday 14 October
Tonight there was a drinks party at the Cincinnati Art Museum to honor the Classics Department's work on the new antiquities galleries.  So all we needed when we got home was some quick additional ballast. 
That was provided by penne alla gorgonzola, varied with a couple of handfuls of garden arugula wilted into the sauce at the last minute, then tossed with the hot pasta.
