Tuna Steaks and Zucchini

Sunday 30 November

After a long drive back to Cincinnati, we defrosted a couple of albacore tuna steaks, patted them with pimenton dulce and caper salt, and pan-fried them, after the same pan had been used to sauté zucchini slices.
Welcome home, dinner.
