Leg o' Lamb with Roots

Just as here, Luken's gave us a great buy on a boneless leg of lamb on Saturday.  We had to let it defrost for a while, but since Holt was home early today, he was able to prep and roast it in just the same Julia Child way as then, with rosemary and mustard.

In the pan around it went parsnips, shallots, and turnips, and they roasted down into a delicious, caramelized mess.
