Linguiça and Beans

We had a tupperful of beans left over from Friday's dinner, so tonight we got out some Kroger Bros. linguiça to go with it.

Sliced the sausage into coins, sautéed it with chopped onions, and when both were done, added the beans to bubble and simmer.  So it was a sophisticated - and far more delicious - variation on the childhood classic, beanie-weenies.
