Peppered Mackerel Salad

A couple of Mondays ago, we stuffed some avocadoes with two of the Co-op's peppered mackerel fillets, and since then the last lonely fillet has been sitting in the fridge. 
So today we made a salad out of all the salady ingredients we had, and topped it with that last fillet, all crumbled up.  
Light and healthy - but what's important is, flavor that makes your eyes water with happiness.
