As per our previous description of
our current habits, we disjointed a chicken and marinated the breasts with lemon
for a day.
Today, sautéed and then braised
them with their lemony juices, then served them next to sautéed portobellos and
onions, deglazed with cream. The chicken juices went on top of a nice pile of potatoes, mashed with more cream.
Comfort food at its best.
