Penne ai Quattro Formaggi, Pomodorini e Basilico

Okay, we said we wouldn't be using Italian names, and this really didn't deserve it, as it was made with the tag-ends of various cheeses (hard goat, stilton, grana padano, and sharp cheddar) melted in butter and English double cream (which we need to remember is thinner than English whipping cream, as you see) and finished with little tomato quarters and torn basil leaves, to pep it up.

Sure tasted Italian, though.
