Duck Broth with Sausage Tortellini

Yes, it's the duck soup we forecast on Wednesday.  
We flavored the broth by boiling chopped celery, carrot, and scallion in it.  When the vedge was tender, added some of the Co-op's (not very) spicy sausage tortellini to bubble in the broth for the requisite five or six minutes, and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Small bowls, but satisfying.
