Yes, it's the duck soup we forecast on Wednesday.
We flavored the
broth by boiling chopped celery, carrot, and scallion in it. When the vedge was tender, added some of the
Co-op's (not very) spicy sausage tortellini to bubble in the broth for the
requisite five or six minutes, and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
Small bowls, but satisfying.
