Zephyr Carbonara

We cooked Jamie Oliver's zucchini carbonara recipe out of more of the remains of Monday's zephyr squash, and this time featuring fried onions, as we'd previously anticipated.  They were okay, but didn't add anything extraordinary to the dish. 
Oh, and instead of using just egg yolks and cream like Jamie, we use the whole egg, no cream.
