Roast Pork and Watermelon Salad


Tuesday 13 August
Jack came over so we could celebrate his birthday; once again we got out the giant roast pork.  
This time, we served it with our cranberry and David Warda's green tomato chutneys (though there was also more tonnato sauce as a backup), plus the leftover watermelon salad and biscotti from Sunday.
