Sliced Lamb and Greek Salads


Wednesday 7 August
We sliced up some of our leftover lamb; and since lamb is the Greek national dish, we mixed up a tzaziki from drained yogurt, chopped garlic, chopped fresh dill, and lemon zest.  
As a Hellenic accompaniment, some sungold and Celebrity tomatoes got tossed with feta cheese, oil and vinegar.  Opa!
