There's still lots of leftover lamb,
so we made a hash of it; processor style, with russet potatoes, thyme, and
parsley.
Not an extraordinary meal, but "feasting on the remains" is a very suitable way to celebrate Julia Child's 101st birthday. Thank you, Julia, for all you have done for us.
