Tuna Tonnato and Kale Salad


Friday 16 August
We thought it would be funny if we went to the Department of Redundancy Department and made Tuna Tonnato.  Quick-fried some albacore tuna steaks, 3 minutes on one side, 2 on the other, and dolloped them with the tonnato sauce Holt made for our Sunday garden party.


As a side dish, we picked a bouquet from our garden (thus fascinating Dora as usual) and made that marvelous kale salad again.
