Steak and Celeriac Remoulade

Holt is rather pleased with his new mandoline.  Tonight it turned a big celery root into very creditable matchsticks, for our favorite celeriac remoulade. 

We couldn't linger over dinner, as we were going to a concert (all Brahms, for piano and cello).  So we popped a steak onto the grill pan, and got there in plenty of time.
