Trader Joe's reliably supplies us
with pretty decent frozen fish, and their latest variety is barramundi.
We knew and liked that fish in Australia and
then Canada, so we got some fillets, marinated them in lemon juice, and grilled
them, along with slashed zucchini and skewerfuls of sliced onions and mini-peppers; the
skewers keep the vegetables from sliding off the grill and into the fire.
