Crab Puffs

Tuesday 17 March
We were heading out to a Playhouse in the Park performance of "Peter and the Starcatcher" (lots of fun), which meant that dinner had to be quick.  
So we took some of the leftover puffs of pâte à choux from yesterday and stuffed them with crab salad (just tossed the crab with mayonnaise and chopped scallion, celery, and David's pickled peppers). 

Came out like a Frenchified version of a New England lobster roll, and that's a good thing.
