We now use the steam heat setting
on the combi oven to reheat leftover chicken without drying it out. So it
was funny to use the microwave at the same time, to steam asparagus according
to Alton Brown's directions. Worked like
a charm, too; they were tender, but still nice and green, as you can see.
On the side, we whisked a couple of spoons of our muhammara with a little water, for the
quickest of quick sauces.
