Chicken with Pattypans

The leftover chicken leg quarters from Saturday got reheated with chicken broth, and we popped a batch of whole little pattypan squashes in there too, to steam.  When all were tender and hot, tossed them with butter, and topped with a chiffonade of basil, which is still flourishing in the garden despite the chilly weather.
