On Sunday, we had way too many
green beans for our stir-fry, so we took some out and parboiled them, some of
our own pole beans, and a Kennebec potato, with just this summer dish in
mind.
The red romaine lettuce, arugula,
and tomatoes were from the garden, the moroccan olives and white anchovies from
Dean's at Findlay Market, the artichokes from Costco, and the 'ahi tuna steaks
from Trader Joe's via the grillpan.
The succulent result reminded us of the version we had last year at the Bistrot Découverte in St.
Rémy de Provence. Not bad for Cincinnati
de Ohio.
