Lamb Hash


Saturday 12 October


Holt tossed together a beautiful salad, combining yellow tomatoes with "watermelon" radishes from the garden, for lunch, and then worked all day making bran bread, fennel vichyssoise, and Parker's perfect pickles.  
So to get him off his feet (and spare her own broken tooth) that evening, Barbara whizzed up an easy-to-chew lamb hash for dinner, with thyme, parsley, turnip, potato, and a bit of diced red bell pepper.
