Crabcakes

If you use half a can of Trader Joe's claw crabmeat for stuffing avocadoes, you can use the other half for classic crabcakes.

They have been turning out very tender and crumbly of late, so we either have to use less mayonnaise or refrigerate them for an hour so that they stick together better.  But we can barely wait for them as is, so long as they're fresh and hot and served on a salad from our garden.
