We fried up and then braised a bunch of linguiça
sausages from Kroger bros. with some shaved garden fennel and carrots; but the
sausages turned out to be much spicier than usual. Kroger bros. has a problem with consistency,
which they explain by saying the mixture is not mixed enough.
Conclusion: wise up, and mix it until it's consistent, guys.
