Black Bean Nachos

This was an overworked day, so we needed something quick when we got home.  Strangely enough, the answer was: nachos.  
In a big pyrex dish, we piled tortilla chips, leftover black bean sausage stew from a week ago, a can of green chile-infused diced tomatoes, sprinkled with some chopped red onion, all heated in the oven, then topped with ca. 12 oz. of grated colby jack cheese and oven-broiled.

We shoveled the result out onto plates rather than picking at the platter, and opened a couple of bottles of beer, of course.
