Citrus Tuna Steaks with Beet Salad

We got out some frozen albacore tuna steaks, defrosted, and at the last minute marinated them in blood orange juice and lemon thyme.  
We had also roasted some beets in advance, so marinated them with white balsamic, and spangled them with goat cheese.
Sort of eighties, but still good.
