Something simple before we head
off to New Orleans. Pan-grilled a strip steak
to get those grill marks, and whipped up some creamy mashed potatoes. Adorned the latter with Christmas duck grivenes (sort of like kosher bacon
bits) and the former with gorgonzola butter.
Yeah, that's what we call simple.
